About Talon
Talent work should not lose its context at the handoff.
The goal is practical: fewer reconstructed briefs, repeated candidate details, missing decisions, and follow-ups that depend on someone remembering to chase them.
The problem is not a lack of tools. It is the gaps between them.
A hiring brief may begin in a document, candidate discussion moves to email, interviews live in calendars, and the final reasoning sits in messages. Recruiters maintain another view for clients and future talent. Applicants repeat the same information. Coaches track progress somewhere else again.
Each tool can work as designed while the overall process still loses context. Talon is built to keep the relevant record, decision, permission, and next action close enough that the handoff does not become a restart.
What Talon connects today
Employers can carry a role from requisition and approval through candidate feedback, interviews, offers, and a recorded hiring outcome. Recruiters can keep client briefs, candidates, talent pools, follow-up, placements, consent, and privacy work together.
Applicants can reuse profile and application information, track opportunities and offers, and control recruiter contact. Coaches and trainers can run programmes, assignments, milestones, learner support, resources, and delivery performance from a focused workspace.
Focused workspaces are a product decision
A hiring manager, recruiter, applicant, and coach should not see the same dashboard because they are not responsible for the same decisions. Talon gives each role the records, controls, and priorities its work requires.
The connection happens where the work genuinely overlaps: candidate movement, interviews, offers, consent, learner progress, alerts, resources, and audit history. Talon does not flatten every workflow into one universal record.
The next action should be visible—and explainable
Talon is designed around work that needs to move: an approval waiting on an owner, a candidate awaiting feedback, an interview ready to book, a consent period approaching expiry, or a learner who needs support.
Speed alone is not enough. The surrounding evidence should remain available so a team can understand what happened, who acted, and why the next step is justified.
Built by Tinker Digital
Talon is a product of Tinker Digital, the product engineering company responsible for its strategy, design, and technical delivery.
Tinker Digital builds software for operational work where multiple people, rules, and records have to meet. Talon applies that approach to hiring, recruitment, career development, and programme delivery.
Trust should be inspectable
Talon touches hiring decisions, careers, learning, and personal information. Product language should therefore distinguish what exists today, what remains in beta, and what customers must still assess for themselves.
Our security overview documents evidenced web-application controls and their limits. Our privacy information explains the consent, retention, request, and export workflows available in the product.
